Buggy Folks That Wheel From Northern Utah

First off, I'm brand new to RME so hello everyone.

So I have friends here in Utah (I promise I'm not a crazy person) but none that go rock crawling... yet. I brought my buggy out here from Colorado this winter and I'm looking for a group/a club/someone to wheel with. I'm looking for a buggy/buggy-ish crowd as I'd like to explore some of the harder stuff; that being said I'm not trying to destroy my rig every time I go out and at times I do enjoy just trail riding for the view. My rig is a full tube chassis, lq9/th400/np205, dana 60/14 bolt, linked w/ coilovers front and rear, 45" rubber. I've been through areas of BFE and some of the tougher trails in Moab as well as the upper rated routes of Sand Hollow. This is very odd soliciting friends on the internet... but, if anyone is willing to let me tag along or can recommend a good club/group to reach out to I'd really appreciate it. Thanks all.

Very cool rig! I've ridden dirt bikes down around Price a bit, is there good rock crawling around that area? Other than Moab and Sand Hollow where else do you like to wheel around Utah?

Here's a shot of my buggy.

Herzog, I went through your build thread, that things awesome!

Gravy, you're saying you don't have that Jeep anymore? I think that rig would fall into the buggy/buggy-ish catagory given that picture haha, that's great.

I'm always looking for wheeling friends. I myself just moved to UT almost 2 years ago. Still haven't been to Moab or Sand Hollow.

Stockblock, that little buggy's sweet!

Here is my pile Doesn’t get used much tho

ChestonScout, that rigs bad ass also.

Alright so to answer my first question, there seems to be what look like very capable rigs all over the place. Second question, who wants to wheel?! Would this group (and whoever else is interested but hasn't chimed in yet) be interested in planning a trip this Spring? You have to admit, even if we all end up hating each other it'd look pretty kick ass to see all these rigs parading down a trail somewhere! I'm thinking something in the medium to somewhat difficult realm such that we can go out and have a good day wheeling without too many issues and meet some new people. I'm thinking a trail like Hells Revenge or Pritchett in Moab... or The Maze, Triple 7's, or Plan B in Sand Hollow. I'd like to check out 5 Mile Pass as well as any areas around Price that are good... anyway, if you've got good trail suggestions, throw them out there. I know this isn't the correct spot for a trip planning thread; if I get a few people to show interest I'll set up a new thread in the "Upcoming Trips and Events" section for a buggy/buggy-ish crowd trip!

Also, everyone should keep posting pics of their buggy if they've got em, it's been fun seeing what's out there.

We need to plan a trip for some of the more built rigs. HTT or Price? Even just a day trip to 5 mile for the newer guys. Sidewinder has some good spots and there are some nice obsticals between there and Wayne's world
