sounds like we need a wrenching party! Heal fast. Dont go jeeping too soon, I did that after my shoulder surgery and had to have it redone........
Funny was thinking the same thing. He can supervise with one arm... hand out drinks and burgers too!
Kevin can you get your rig to Agility Customs and we can have an RME get together here at the shop and get it back up and going.....
I'd be game to come up on a weekend and pitch in to make it happen! Awesome of you to offer this, Ryan!
You guys are making me cry. Seriously that is very kind of you all. Let me see what I can work out.

Hell I can take the trailer down and grab his rig and bring it up if its still a roller. I owe him for taking my family off the sand dunes when I broke down.

If you make the run when I am not available to help. I will chip in for gas. ;)

Ideally, it would be cool to have a St George friend bring it up on a Friday or so hang the axle on a Friday night/Saturday party then send it back done on Sunday.

But that is just thinking out loud, I am not sure what is needed and what parts need to be rounded up. :)

First off everyone is awesome. I personally think that it is too much to ask and I am cool if people don't want to do it. It will get done when I am better. I have also learned its rude to deny blessings that come from serving others. It's hard to accept at times because of pride but we have to learn to let it go.
Jeep is located in Kanosh Utah at my friends shop. My trailer is also there. He does not mind people working on it there. Or moved if needs be. It is a roller at this point.
Here is a list of things that need to be finished.
Rear driveline shortened and mated to flange on Sterling 10.5. Need flange piece
Rear e brake lines shortened and modded to XJ I found a good YouTube video on how to do this.
Rears shock brackets mounted shocks installed and rear bump stops also done at that same time prevent shock bottoming out.
Fab axle side bump stops landing pad.
Rear arb and gears installed.
Rear exhaust moved/modded since driveline in way.

If it's too much it's cool and I understand. It can get finished when I am better. I have everything to finish it. Since I am not working and only getting limited income I can't afford to pay for gear install and driveline. Again no one needs to do this but the offers are awesome and heart felt.

We could all carpool down there one Sat-Sunday and see what we could knock out?

Kanosh is a LOT closer than St. George... :D

Lets let Ryan chime in from Agility, he probably should have a say where we will be leaning on his fab skills/knowledge.

I would be interested in ILean's preference too, especially knowing the magic toys he has in his garage and not knowing what minirus has in his...

I think the big thing will be installing the locker and getting the gears set up. Who can do that work will determine where the work gets done, IMO.

This will have to happen on a saturday/ Sunday. Other than that we can do this whenever. Carl defiantely has cooler toys than me and I lean on him alot when we need CNC cut parts.

I defy your defiance!

If we need custom-fabbed stuff, SLC will be easier to deal with than Kanosh for both Ryan and I, I'm sure. Driveline work will be an issue on a Sat/Sun, since no shops are open those times....

Gear setup can happen mostly anywhere, although if I'm the one that ends up doing it I'd prefer the rig be on a lift. I'm too old to get up and down off the floor a bunch of times. :)

I have a lift and lots of room. Just no plas table which we will probably want for shock mounts.

It's all packed up. Just need to get the bump stops up there Which I can do easy since I am not working. They are in my garage. Axle is easily removed. Just a few leaf pad bolts and it will roll out. Also forgot stock brake lines need to be routed and hooked up. I was planning on using the stock axle shock brackets but turned on an angle to allow for the angle they come down at. Plasma one side off the the axle tube side. You can see them in this picture on bottom left. Again, You guys are going above and beyond.
