UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
My new toy. I hope to get a few smokes in before it gets too cold

You're really going to love the smoker. Opens up a whole new world of cooking meat. One thing I did was grab a welding blanket from HF to cover it while cooking. I use it all the time and go through much less wood. We smoke all winter long with it.

Ok this stuff is getting out of hand. Wife wanted more pork belly. I wanted to do a brisket. So tomorrow I’m doing both.

For you guys sill looking at getting a pellet smoker, just make sure you get one with an ash cleanout cup on the bottom. Some of the Treagers dont have them. Other than that... Just pick your brand. I have a Camp Chef that was recommended to me by a dude who has two Treagers.

Just picked up my turkey for the big smoke next week.

I made pork belly burnt ends last weekend on my traeger. My fiance usually hates sweet pork, but she could not get enough of mine haha.

Definitely this. I was gifted my traeger by my parents when I moved to Utah, so can't complain too bad, but it sucks having to vacuum out the ash every other time I use it.

A few things I've done, these pictures are a little bit old, but still good. Did a small brisket, spaghetti squash, pulled pork, tri tip on my traeger, and some morel mushrooms from back when I lived in Nebraska still a little over a year ago.

So I can't remember the last time I used my BBQ. We use the Camp Chef for everything now. If you haven't tried hamburgers on the smoker, you really need to. They're great. Takes a bit longer to cook them though. Turn the heat all the way up and basically bake them. You'll freak people out too because the inside meat is pretty red once it's done. Always gets a laugh. And don't forget the pastrami.

I finally got rid of my BBQ this summer. I've had a pellet smoker for about 3 years and the grill just sat so finally got rid of it.

I’m loving my pellet smoker and it’s capable of going to 500 degrees but it’s still not able to do the things I can on my monster grill that hits 650-700 F.

Both will get used for different things or in combo like a reverse sear or a smoked then rotisserie something something

Jay, you can't keep bringing up these ideas, unless you plan on inviting us all over one night. I haven't wrenched on your jeep in a while..... Maybe time for a meat and greet. ;)

I like the idea of a MEAT EAT and greet. The jeep is good but begging for a 4.7L stroker or a LS swap. I'll keep you posted :)

This damn smoker is addicting. We had a lot of ingredients left over from actual thanksgiving (pie crust/green beans/etc). I smoked a ham and we are having thanksgiving 2.0.
