Just got back from wheelin' in St. George for the Southwest Crawlfest. Good times! I didn't get many videos/pictures...but my attempt at The Shoot was in the video the SUN News put together. My rig is at 4:37ish. The JK after definitely showed me up....I just couldn't crawl it...I really want my Red Labels to show up haha

I found out I need to bumpstop more up front as I dented the oil pan into the crank shaft with the trackbar. I have this video on the GoPro too, I'm going to cut the video down from that this week and I'll post it up.

There isnt any wrapping up front, just a lot of bouncing. My front shocks are extremely shot....which is the reason it looks like I'm not running any shocks at all ha. I doubt they even have oil in them lol

New ones will be put on shortly.

Yeah what is a stock JK? I'm at 111.5" and I believe JK's are like 114.5" right? Either way I knew that helped him quite a bit. His tires definitely seemed to grip better than mine as well. I'm only at ~35% tread too. Those Reds really need to show up before playing out at The Hammers in a few weeks.

The wheel base on that JK helped a LOT. What trail was that?

It's just before West Rim. I don't believe it's part of any trail...just a side obstacle. It was my first time down to St. George so I don't really know any of the trails.

I'll bet Tyler's wheelbase is the same as the JK if not more

I'm 100% sure that the 4-door JK is longer than my ZJ. I think I measured my dad's to be 114-115...don't remember for sure though.

yeah having shot shocks seems to do that. Coils and no shocks just doesn't work the same as leafs and no shocks. I love your grand though. Now you just need to whip Levi's into shape.

Yeah I figure these Bilstein 5165's valved at 360/80 should be slightly better than the ProComp ES3000's valved at 255/70 or 190/60....;)
