Sorry I am brining up old threads again, but how did you match the servo flow rates to the existing steering box ratio? Or is that irrelevant and the box just does what the servo does? I remember seeing on John Rants thread that he had oscillation if they weren't matched.

The tech here is unbelievable and I appreciate it to the max. In terms of making the steering box a manual box, all you did was weld the torsion bar to to the plate at the bottom? Then put it back together, cap it and pump it full of grease?
