if that lip is in the way just take a router and with the right bit it will be much cleaner than the grinder

haha a 9er will make a man out of you my 7 with the metal case wears me out pretty fast but it works damn fast too Ben

use a sawzall or better yet a porta band to cut the big chunks off them grind the rest, do yourself a favor get some balls and buy a 7 or a 9 inch grinder it will pay for itself when doing jobs like that Ben

I looked at one, a 24 foot bumper pull brand new and extra height added I could get it for 9500, or 10k with some cool add-ons. It was a very nice trailer but I couldnt justify it Ben

dude by the time you buy steel and parts to build one youd be better off buying one, I found mine through a friend for 1000 bucks and its not the nicest trailer but it has paid for itself many times over, just start lookin and one will pop up. If I hear of one Ill let you know Ben

I might be selling my ftm chassis soon, its all ready setup with link tabs seat mounts orbital mount fuel cell mount and so on, Im just burnt out on building this thing and am thinkin of going back to just having a truck. If your interested I can shoot some pics im think around 2k and going up...

I thought you had to have the thing apart to get the pills out, I have done this to a 20 when I rebuilt it and I pretty sure you have it apart with the rails out to remove the pins, also what Rckcrlr said front low rear high or vice versa is a good combo:D
