the master muffler on 33rd and state does all the exhaust for the jeeps that tera installs their lcg on. they did mine....they messed up the first time, but fixed it and made sure it cleared everything...i don't remember the price though...the muffler they use is a small magnaflow. it sounds...

my jeep had this problem. it is also a 97tj. it ended up being the switch. not a big deal, but if i remember right, the switch was like $50! sheesh! i think the switch was just worn out and maybe the contact points shrunk in the cold and didn't contact until they warmed up and expanded...
i like that pitman arm....that is sweet. i may have missed it, but did you end up moving your axle forward at all and how much? awesome jeep and great fab work!
i like what you are doing with the jeep! it is sweet! on the tailgate armor, what about using a sheet of aluminum? that would be alot lighter than steel and probably wouldn't affect the hinges much if at all....
