It has the plastic bladder that RCI sales inside of the red outer tank. The red tank has some surface rust on it but with a little love and some paint she would be as good as new

Out side is 24 5/8" x 18 3/8" x 11 1/8" tall roughly

I'm selling my old 16 gallon RCI fuel cell if anyone is interested. Comes with the mount I had in my car, bosh fuel pump, and the Walbro pickup system I ran. Only reason for changing is that I needed a bigger fuel cell for the long distance races we are doing. Need to get this out of my way...
