Hard to say without actually seeing it and you may have already checked but here are a couple ideas. Check your ground cable from the battery to the chassis. Make sure it's a good clean connection at the chassis end. Pull all fuses that aren't necessary and try starting again.

Just a note: The Yellow tops should only be charged with a slow trickle. Also, They sometimes don't recover well after being completely discharged. If you get it charged back up and find that it keeps getting low, it might just be the battery at the end of it's life. I've had one that load...

I would start by disconnecting the battery, doing a load test and then charge it if necessary. The battery can read 12v but not be able to deliver the amperage if it is low. If it's an acid battery, check the levels of the cells.
