    Anybody with a 3D printer?

PETG: Very durable, it’s more flexible than PLA or ABS, but also a little softer. You’d have a hard job breaking it in half, so if an ‘unbreakable’ case or enclosure is what you need, PETG trumps pretty much everything (except, Nylon 12). It has very low shrinkage, and therefore no warping...

Wanted TJ/MJ/ZJ/XJ Front Upper & Lower Control Arms

Looking for stock FRONT upper and lower control arms for my 98 TJ. My research has lead me to believe the TJ/MJ/ZJ/XJ all share the same front control arms. Looking for used. After several years of wheeling, I ended up folding the uppers. I have an all new three link planned for next...

    The camp chair conundrum

I really like this one. I have had mine for about a year, holding up very well. Not sure if it folds small enough and the drink holder is lame. I bought mine a Walmart for $50. They can be found under other names at almost any sporting goods store...

    Dana 300

98 TJ Sport. The two pieces of fab I had to do, was twin sticks in the console and cross-member for the 300. I do not run the factory skid.

    Dana 300

Mine weeps a little at the old drain plug, which is the new vent. No drips on the ground or anything like that. I kept the stock input shaft. I do not wheel 'hammer down'. With the 4:1 slow and torque work great. I run 4.88 with 35's and a 2.5 inch lift. A very capable rig in Moab. With...

    Anyone else work from home

I am able to work from home. I work for a large financial institution. Working from home just grew out of cost cutting as the financial institution grew. Everyone I work with is out-of-state, so I would be on the phone all day anyway, might as well be from home. The company found responsible...

CNC Plasma Cutting around Layton or Ogden?

I put cut lines through the bends that left 1/2 inch on each end. Make the bend and then weld the gap. Lots of welding, but I need the practice.

CNC Plasma Cutting around Layton or Ogden?

I have SolidWorks 2006. I created in 3D sheetmetal, then unsuppress the the 'flat pattern'. Send it to a drawing and then export the drawing in dxf. Here is what I did. https://picasaweb.google.com/email.mikestrange/Bumper?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCPKa76SkzOCduQE&feat=directlink
