Every Police Department is hiring. Choose the right one, or be willing to move to the CO front range (not Denver unless you like making case law) and I know you can make 90-100 easily your first year sworn with OT. Base is around 90 after 3years Sworn and only going up.

Option: Put a non vented washer/dryer unit in place of the dish washer in the MIL. Takes a day to do a full load. But I agree the tenants won’t care as long as they can secure the rest of their residence from the laundry room.
