I recently sold a newer vehicle - final sale price was just under $17k - and I met them at their bank and the banker handed me the cashier's check. Easy. I got my check, they got the keys, wife and I got takeout on the way home. 😂

Some new LED lights up in the garage. So focused on the work and the basement I haven't had any time for these. Nice to check even small stuff off the list. I have another that will go under the cabinets.
