Thank you. Ive spent alot of time designing roll cages the last few years and wanted a buggy chassis that was just a little different than others. I want to keep improving them hence why this is #4. i will save every model i ever make with subtle changes in between.
Ive developed a chassis tab kit for it now. Ive design the tube x members where the links would land so that i can use the same tab all around. I'll include these in with the listed price and will have them tacked on before i lift the chassis off the table.
I have the overloads on my 4 runner with the 63's and it rides way nice in the rear. I'd think it's similar weight with your 4door tayco. I wanted that extra 1/2" of lift they provide and figured I could just reach in there with a cutoff wheel if they were a problem. Pretty sure my 63's are a 3...
I guess i didnt put it out there but i am going to keep building buggy chassis. Its something i quite enjoy. I built this chassis so i could spend the time and do the necessary R&D to make them go more smoothy. Ive had a sxs roll cage buisness for the last 3 years that has prospered to the point...
Jaydens gutted it to throw some paint and fix some leaks. i think its neat to see it gutted since i pretty much never tore it down, it was all welded in place and finished.
