Radius arm basics?

Frame and axle side use the same bushings, which are lower control arm bushings for a mid-90's Dodge truck. They are the same outside dimensions as a Jeep TJ/XJ/ etc. bushing, so they pressed into Teraflex forged housings.
Happen to know the dimensions of those bushings off the top of your head?

Sure...2 5/8" wide, 5/8" bolt (Jeep is 9/16 bolt). 2.25" diameter with a slightly larger step at one end. They press into 2.75" .25" wall tube nicely. (that's what those sleeves are made from, with a relief machined into one side)🙂

Dang, 80 series bushings are stupid expensive for what they are. I’m better off building my own arms it looks like.

There are cheap aftermarket bushing options for the 80 arms just like anything else... Cruiser Outfitters sells several different options here locally.

Just found some, would be around $40 without shipping for the 6. Guess it’s just the OEM band similar that are crazy.
