My wife's family growing up in the Bay Area, were family friends with the Chapin family. Probably a Scottish connection. This was not a famous family, but......

Andy Chapin, one of the sons, was in Ricky Nelson's band, and was killed in the same plane crash as Ricky Nelson. 🥁

Doug Chapin, another son, just so happened to be the first husband of Marilyn Chambers. Behind the Green Door....and a few other pornographic starring roles.

My wife found, probably never before seen, family photos at their wedding. Maybe a dozen. They got married Aug of 1972 at the top of Mount Tamalpais. I haven't taken any of them out of the album yet, but I want to get at least one of them out and do some research on them. See if there's market for something like these. Intimate photos of Marilyn Chambers' life that aren't porn related. I would imagine there's a market for everything(?)

I have one in mind I want to scan, and I'll post it up. Or just take a picture of pictures(?) I'll tell you, looking at them gives me the creeps! 😱😨

I knew my wife ran with wrong crowd when she was 9, and harbored some secrets. Damn her!

I've always known about this occasion, but it was never really a 'thing'. Having losing both her parents in a 10 month period, a 3bdrm house and 58 years of marriage suddenly appeared in our garage. It's a slow process.

Pictures are downstairs. I don't do stairs, especially when I'm alone. I'll get them later. There's one with my wife in the background. There's no nudity, it's an outdoor wedding, and the attire is date appropriate. Like I said, it's kind of creepy looking at the Ivory Snow mom.
