The Dante's Peak Suburban, the Jeep Gladiator from Tremors, and the K-5 stepside in the original Red Dawn...

I concur.

I've always wanted to build replicas of certain movie/TV vehicles and wheel them. The Tremors truck is one, a Baywatch Ranger (with surfboard obviously) and a Jurassic Park YJ.

The Tremors Gladiator and Red Dawn Stepside for sure.

I'll add Marty McFly's SR5:

and

Clint Eastwood's Chevrolet Task Force (3100) in "Every Which Way But Loose":

I would put the Lost World Mobile Command up there with the YJ too.

You should probably add the J-truck from Twister to your list.
And Pepe, the Little Mule, from.... Romancing the Stone maybe?

In my early days of Jeep Safari there was a scrambler whose claim to fame was that it supported the drivetrain from one of the twister j trucks. Obviously, they named the scrambler twister. I had read about it in one of the magazines and then found myself on the trail with it.
