Does anyone know somebody at Doug smith American fork

Does Amy know any managers at Doug smith American fork I just had a crappy experience with there service department they had my Jeep for 20 days messed up two wheels and and when they switched wheels beat up the side walls on my brand new tires it just really frustrates me

They said they over torqued the wheel I pretty sure they test drive it with out tightening the lug nuts

I had my rear diff oil changed when they did my oil change and it has not stopped leaking, even took it back down to the SF service and they didn't resolve the leak. I used to like going to them, seems their service dep is not what it used to be. SF parts guys are great though.

No help at Doug smith, but we had some similar issues with Larry Miller jeep in riverdale. My suggestion would be to reach out to the general manager of the dealership, once you have their attention things can get sorted out much quicker.
