A friend of mine's dad used to own one, statistically probably THAT one, since it's in Utah. It's got a BMW turbo diesel in the back that got like 30 MPG on a poorly advised road trip to LA in 1994. We smoked the clutch on it in cedar city, and ended up having to get towed home from around beaver. Fun trip.

I didn't get a pick but last night at adventure's first stop in AF there was a black 91 F-150. Had a really nice sounding 302 in it, two kids who looked like they walked out of a Metallica concert in 1993 and got in the truck. Better yet, it had 15x10 polished modular wheels with brand new Thornbirds mounted. Still had the rubber tits. I know how old I am by how much I liked this whole hot mess for no reason other than nostalgia.

Glad to see it sold for ya, and that its staying in the RME family. I've been telling myself since you listed the frame that I need to focus my time and efforts. Mainly on getting my boy's TJ back on the road and building a shop, not buying a buggy project.
