What are you watching?

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
Nothing. Nothing at all.

All we have is internet tv and it’s been out for a week and they’re not coming till this Friday (fingers crossed) to fix the line.

We just finished the last season of Lilyhammer today. Netflix is removing it soon, so you should check it out if you liked The Sopranos and Napoleon Dynamite. 😂 There’s a scene about racism in season three that was hilarious, and probably not allowed to be filmed in America.

My wife and I watched The Menu the other night. Hilariously dark comedy/thriller. I'm not going to post the trailer, because it kinda ruins some of the twists. I went into it cold and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Highly recommend.

Conversely, we also watched The Glass Onion a week or so ago. Absolute trash. One of the dumbest movies I can remember ever seeing. Its only redeeming quality was the location it was shot at is beautiful, other than that it was terrible. The Critical Drinker does an excellent job dissecting it:

Thanks for the tip. I was going to watch the onion and skip the menu but I'll adjust.

I've been re-watching Ted Lasso this week. I don't know why his optimism is so funny, maybe because I've never met someone that way that isn't full of it out of public view. I wish it was an hour long show.

After hearing a few of you on here reference Yellowstone I finally watched it and ended up binging it. Such a good series.

I then discovered 1883 the prequel. In my opinion it’s an even better show. It’s not nearly long enough or as dramatic, but it’s very well written and poetic.

We also started 1923 which fills the gap after 1882 and Yellowstone. We’re still not a few episodes in, but I have no doubt it will be great.

I have tried several times to watch Son's of Anarchy for cowboys, I mean Yellowstone. Several people I grew up with work on the set and one of them makes an appearance on screen occasionally. I just can't get through more than an episode at a time.

I joined my wife watching it about half way through the first season and said the exact same thing, SOA with horses
