Been beating on this bish for about three days now, alternating between heat and soaking in oil, and my butt is well and truly kicked. I can't get a swing on the end of it to pound it straight out, I can't spin it with a box end and I can't get an impact or a cheater bar in play due to the shock tower. I can't get a cold chisel underneath it, you can see where I've been trying, and the flange that the cam rotates against keeps me from putting a sawzall on it. I know you guys know tricks I don't know, somebody tell me one because I'm fresh out.

Are you replacing the upper control arm? If so, take the sawzall to the bushing sleeve and take it out in pieces that way. The chances of that coming out otherwise are slim to none. Those steel sleeves seize to the bolt and it's game over.

Yeah, I just managed to get a big enough lever on it and spin the bolt, and it's definitely seized to the inside collar of the bushing. Sawzall it is.
