Mazda3 hands down. I know about 4 people that have bought them and they love them. I have read a ton about them... they have won all types of consumer auto awards. You get a lot more for the money and they are built reallly well (reliability should be good).

Some of my old roomates spent 10,000 on 2 buses (greyhound type) on ebay and tore out all the seats and lined them with carpet and pillows. They would take about 80 people in each bus on road trips to places such as Vegas.

Mineral Basin in the spring when the runoff is turning the Rock Garden into into the "Rock Waterfall" (hard to see in the pic) is one of may favorites. The mountains are impresive as are the lush surroundings. Moab is beautiful in its own rights, just a very different type of beauty :D
