Had a great time even though someone cough*Jason*Cough had some fuel issues LOL
Did Sidewinder then a couple of us went up to Wayne's World, all in all a great day!
Yup, trying to get at least 2 or 3 solid yes, hate to bring the Bronco all the way up and then no one shows up lol
I'd probably still run it bu myself if that happened lol
Last trip, Las Vegas to Vernal, I averaged 10.5 mpg, including driving around town.
It's certainly not working too hard, I pull pretty much any grade I want at 65-70, so nice not worrying about getting too hot, or trans temps, or brakes.
Currently I have a 30' Flagstaff, love the layout of the trailer with the huge slide out.
Before I got the Freightliner I had a '96 7.3 that i pulled a crawler hauler i built. That worked great, but the camper was small for 3 people.
I need to get some decent batteries, and 300 or so watts of...
That's my thought, Vernal was awesome last week compared to Vegas. I have a couple of Bronco guys going, so it's a go, meeting around 8:00 am that day if anyone is interested
I am way under as far as weight goes, my main concern was all 4 tires were 7 years old, and if I lost 1, the others aren't far behind.
I have a torque multiplier and a 20 ton bottle jack, if he didn't have the tire that's exactly what I would have done
I lost a tire on the way to Moab, on a Saturday.
The mobile guy had a tire, but it was a big charge to have him come replace it.
I paid $600 for that 1 tire, and $1100 for the other 3 drives to be replaced at a shop.
I will have to look into the AAA thing
In Nevada we have to register and insure these as commercial truck for private use, the insurance was about $1300 for the year, about the same as my pick up was.
Actually my regular State Farm guy got ut covered through Progressive, they do 90% of these policies.
