    TJ 4.0 cuts out around 3k RPM...Fuel Pump???

    I have this same issue with my jeep. It is a 95 zj with the 4.0. Mine wont rev over 3000 rpm either. When i bought the jeep 2 years ago it would run fine till it warmed up and then it would not rev over idle speed. I changed the fuel pump, cam sensor, map sensor, PCM and CPS. Now it runs great...

    Jeep "GURU's" needed Please

    OK thanks for all the replies. Let me tell you what I have done. I changed the Crank sensor and that seems to keep it running, however now it runs fine till 3000 RPM or so and starts sputtering and popping. At least its able to be driven now. I have also replaced the PCM with a good salvage yard...

    Jeep "GURU's" needed Please

    Got a problem with a 95 grand cherokee 4.0 Auto. Problem is, starts up and runs great until something warms up and then it pretty much shuts down. It starts popping, pinging, backfiring and will barely idle. if i hold the gas pedal to the floor it wont get over 1500 rpm and it sputters and pops...

    Exo-cage tubing size

    I am just about ready to start building my exo-cage on my 4runner and wanted to know the best size tubing to use (dia/wall thickness). Also if you toyota guys out there have any pics of your exo's and can post them up to give me a few ideas that would be cool Thanks

    I am using the All-pro arm with no troubles. Marlin used to use the all-pro arms until they started manufacturing thier own. My crossover consists of All-pro arms, Marlin tie-rod and drag-link and the Sky Manufactruing pitman arm adapter. If i had to buy a kit rather than piece it all together...
