legal ? Well i do inspections and last thing the highway patrol sent to our shop was a letter that said if there is any alteration in lift, supension or otherwise it is required to have mudflaps and the tires must be covered 50% that doesnt mean the top of the tires just the rear , and as long...- stuckinmytruck
