I have a 90 yj with a tilt steering column, anyway there is alot of slop from the tilt, it feels really loose. Is there something in there worn out or that needs to be tightend. Are these easily rebuildable or is it best to get a new column? I have never torn one apart so i am not sure what i...

Thanks for the advice, I was hoping that getting rid of them would be an option. I checked around this morning to see what new check valves would cost, nobody has them except for the jeep dealership and they want 50.00 a piece. ouch.
