Im sure this has been posted before but, I am buying wheels for my 85 4runner.It has about a 3 inch lift and I bought a set of 33-12.50-15 tires. what size wheel is best? 8s ,10s offset,spacers?

While building my toyota I read allot about swapping out rear toyota springs for chevy 1/2 ton springs. I also have a 79 cj5 that I built and rides like crap. I had a brain fart and thought that may work on my cj. has anyone heard or tried anything like that?

I am looking to lift my 85 4runner project, I have looked at marlin,allpro,trail gear,inchworm and downey. They all look pretty close to the same thing. (i am looking at the 3 or 4 inch complete kit) Is there one that is better than the other or are they all the same with different names on them?

I just got a 85 4runner and found a guy that is getting rid of a rear axle out of a 04 taco with a factory locker in it. can i swap this axle or locker into my rig?

I figured it out ,I had my contol wires backwords on my solenoid.

i have a 79 cj that when i start it as soon as i turn the key from the starter position it dies. i have put 2 new ignition switchs in it and both do the same.has anybody got any ideas before i take in to someone?when i changed the first switch i was having a problem with it not turning off...

now you say that,my positive connection on my starter relay was loose awhile ago and was sparking and got really hot, would that maybe had anything to do with it?

i changed the switch and it still doesnt run,it turns over fine but doesnt even pop.I think mabey ignition mod. may be bad? it ran fine when I turned it off and wouldnt even try to start when I went to start it again.
