General Tech What did you work on Today?

I have gone to using bags in my shop vacs, they are awesome when vacuuming fine dust like drywall and sawdust. They never clog up and and they filter really well. Ill never go back to a regular shop vac filter again.

    What Tundra Rear Shocks?

I contacted RLT Suspensions about fixing my Fox shocks and he is fixing and rebuilding both shocks, he also has a set of used ADS bypasses he is rebuilding and selling me for a fair price. So looks like Im going with the ADS shocks and I'll sell my Fox DSC shocks to cover a little bit of the cost.

    Knife talk

My Demkos, I really like Demko knives but they are hard to get ahold of. They released a Taiwan version and they have become like legos. The 2 on the left started life as cheap versions $159 & $189 but have been given titanium upgrades, the next one is a full titanium version and then we have...

    Wanted 1.6 16v sidekick/tracker motor

Is the 1.3 junk? If the engine is good just throw this on it. https://www.jegs.com/i/Holley/510/550-552/10002/-1 I'm pulling the factory EFI off mine and going this route. the conversion to a Suzuki EFI is messy and the components especially the computers suck

    Renewing car registration online

I’ve had that happen before, they trick you into redirecting to a private site and charge you for the service. I had that happen once and then when I realized what had happened I was able to cancel it.

Few days in on framing, garage walls ended up a tad over 14’. I feel my neighbors are going to hate me for my tall house.

I have one of these, I have had it for so long I couldn’t even guess but at the very least 10 years. It is super quiet, way fuel efficient and will do pretty much everything you need in a trailer accept run AC. Get 2 of them and a bridge kit for when you need to run the AC.. switch between...
