The cooling fan un-spun it's self itself off of the water pump and right into my radiator. It's an idi but I don't think that matters.

I just got an early 94 f250 7.3. The exhaust is broken off right behind the muffler. Do I have to have a muffler when I go in for Davis county safety and emissions or will I pass if I have it exit out the side under the bed?
