Selling a complete case for half of what a kit costs, doesn't sound too bad. If throwing in a shaft will help, I've got one from the front of an XJ that needs some work I'll throw in. And I'm open to offers, really, I'm just tired of tripping over it in garage.

Tell you what worked for me, i just wired up a manual switch to my aux. Electric fan, and put it on my dash, it seems that airflow is key in keeping an XJ cool. Try wiring up a switch and then just keeping an eye on your gauge, when it hits 210 just hit that fan, and leave it on, thats what i do...
