I have used them with my semi/camper a couple times (more than I would like to admit) and they have worked great. Haven't used them in the mud (thankfully), but the weight wasn't an issue.

We didn't put AC in it. Mostly because we kept it as original as possible. With the windows and roof vent, and a couple USB powered fans, it keeps it fairly comfortable inside. I have seen some vintages that they have added ac to. Depends on size and layout. Some have added them in a closet...

Garrett's truck is running the AW4 with single case, 5.29's and 35's. He struggles a lot less with that setup than our college team's truck with dual cases, 4.7's in rear case and same gears/tire size.

Garrett really wanted to run the rock race, but I wouldn't let him. Watching him run around the track Sat night, I think he would have done fairly well, but his isn't built to jump either. We just replaced the front springs after him breaking them at Trail Hero from hauling a$$ in the whoops...
