Went out last Saturday in search of big bucks. Found a few (among over 1,000 deer found between 10am and 6pm). Also saw about 200 pronghorn (half on the drive up that morning), 12-15 eagles and a mid-size bull moose (unfortunately poor lighting to get a good moose shot.)
This year the larger bucks tended to be far less cooperative on being photographed. Thus not very high quality photos in some cases (part of the reason for putting the pictures here instead of under photography.) Certainly makes me long to invest in a better low-light telephoto lense.
