So a couple weeks ago I was looking for some weld-on beadlocks. Several of you posted up really useful replies which led to I Lean drawing up a design that would save material and money. Since I've had several things cut out by him in the past, I had no doubt these would turn out great.

Because I've ran beadlock like this on my last buggy, I knew that I would eventually need to dismount the tire for reasons unseen at some point. So I decided that I was either going to need to use nutserts or weld some nuts on, because chasing and holding 36 nuts is a PITA. I'd rather only deal with running the bolts in on the one side.
Then it was burn time!
Then it was turn time!
