I have gone through Richfield 3 times over the last 45 days and will be going back through for the opener of the deer hunt if you need me to bring the CHUNK down. Is this a Goonies reference? What the hell is a CHUNK?

Welcome home, (sanitarium). Sooooooo which way will the engine face when you are behind the wheel?

Skipped Link had some kings for sale, I'll look for the thread to see what and if he still has them.

Edit: never mind. He sold them but doesn't know how to delete a post.

Update:

Got the link mounts burned in along with the top plates

14291867_10210963333222000_7258413472395380097_n.jpg

Then burned in the cross tube and made the transmission mount

14225441_10210974579823158_7199676147601552512_n.jpg14330065_10210974580103165_4618805740987539951_n.jpg

The cory broke out his mad plas table skills and some extra bushings laying around to make a sweet tailhouse mount. still debating a front output mount.

Next I decided to dig into the motor for fun.

Found out every intake rod was bent and that it had smacked every intake valve on the pistons.

motor has been ran so hard i could only get 5 of the lifters out.
14264093_10210943323081759_6148354867863084222_n.jpg

but sense im committed to the big block we went ahead and plased out these sweet brackets for the mounts.
