Anybody else had these same rattle issues?

Took it to a dealership and they found it and 'fixed it' and a month later the noise is back. Finally crawled under the truck and found the cause. Now I just have to figure out an easy long term solution. My first instinct is to drill a hole and zip tie the dust cover to the transmission. But that's a little redneck for me on a brand new truck.

Any thoughts?

Problem is FIXED! Thanks BlueWolfFab for the suggestion. Here is what I picked up:

I bought the stuff on the right and installed 2 strips. Choose the Loctite brand because it indicated a 4 lbs rating whereas the Scotch was only rated for 2 lbs. Both were marketed as permanent. I also liked the thickness of the Loctite. It was about 1/2 the thickness of the Scotch. For $3-4 bucks it works like a charm. We will see how it holds up to the heat, road grime, salt this winter, etc...
