St George trail suggestions

We are thinking about heading down for the long weekend for some camping and mild-moderate trails but have never wheeled down there, so I am looking for suggestions on some fun and scenic trails that require 4-lo in a few places but doesn't require a winch under normal weather conditions. We will be taking Monty who does not have sliders yet, just the OME suspension with 33x10.50 km2's and the factory rear air locker. I read up on a few longer trips but with a 10 month old those may be a bit much.

Also coming to St George after Christmas. From San Diego visiting family in Bountiful and on the way home want to stop for a few days and do some four wheeling. I am a new driver so easy to moderate trails would be ideal... Have searched google for hours and coming by information on trails is extremely difficult... any suggestions and where to get maps?
