Synthetic by the foot

I'm looking for ten to twenty feet to practice splicing and maybe make some shackles/continuous loops, don't know that I trust the sellers on EBay. Is there anywhere local that sells 3/8ths or 7/16ths by the foot/yard/whatever?

I have a 100 footer I need shortened if you want to shorten it and splice my end back on you can have the rest.
