Where's the best place to pick one up?

I want something that I can haul stuff with while landscaping, and be able to load it up to go camping. These seem like the cheapest option, but finding one in decent shape nearby is impossible.

Advice on picking one up is appreciated (or do I bite the bullet and just get one from Govplanet?).

They are hard to find. I got mine from a surplus guy in Idaho. Took forever to find one in the condition I wanted that wasn't astronomically priced.
