Happijac bed-mounted truck camper tie down. This was in the front of the bed of my 2002 Ford F350. Its pretty hefty and requires drilling a few small holes in the front of the bed to mount. Could be cut down to fit a narrower bed. Has a little surface rust, but otherwise in great shape...
