up for sale is my beloved 94 wrangler crawler, had her sense my high school days when she was stock but now need to fund a buggy project. runs great, looks good goes where ever you point it.

Spec:
-Front Axle- 77 Dodge Dana 60, 5.86 gears, dura solid chromo full spool, new spicer u joints as of august, gears proffesionally installed, heavy duty bluetorch fab diff cover, custom high steer arms with spring cap eleimantors, been gone through and bearings and seals replaced as needed, runs 35 spline inners with 30 outters with factory drive planges.
-Steerng- is trail gear double ended ram mounted securely to front axle with high pressure lines, orbital valve is a smaller one but turns it just fine, pump has been modfied to higher flow.
-Rear Axle- 96 dodge Dana 60 HD, has Dana 70 spindles from factory which allows upto 35 spline 70 shafts to fit if you wanted to upgrade, been beating the stock ones pretty good for bout a year now. gears are 5.86 on a new welded carrier with new bearings and seals through out the axle. also has a blue torch fab diff cover, custom disc brake setup, custom anti wrap trac bar.
-Motor- is a stock 2.5l 4 cylinder from a 95 cherokee, had 40,000 miles on it, probably has 60 or so now, new ditributor cap, plugs n wires, recent oil change, custom intake, new radiator, dual electric cooling fans, new water pump and thermostat, runs brown dog motor mount brackets on the passenger side (torque side). all plastic vaccum lines have been replaced with rubber ones.
-Trans- Ax5, also came with the cherokee, new clutch as of year ago, custom shifter.
-Transfer Case- is a NP231/Dana300 Doubler. has custom twin stick for the 300, custom made shifter for the np231, has three gear ratios to choose from for low, 2.63, 2.72 or combine the two into low for 7.15 to 1, the dana 300 has been completely rebuilt, new, seals bearings, oil, gears, yokes, shift forks. Front drive line is a custom long spline, 14" of spline travel with tom wood high angle joints, And the rear is a high angle CV.
-Suspension- Front is a pair of rubicon 1.5" lift springs military wrap with a customized Mountain offroad shackle reversal kit, rear is a pair of cherokee leafs with 1.5" add a leaf, which stretches the rear back 6-7 inches, then the center pin holes on the leaf perches were drilled forward of center to move it back an additional 2" for a total of 9" stretch. front is also forward 2". front shocks are pair of dodge 1500, ride smooth, rear is a pair of billstien 5150s with resivoir.
-Tires and wheels- Tires are a near new set of 39.5X16.5 BIAS Pitbull Rockers on new procomp steel 16X10 rims. tires are round 75-80% tread and hook up amazing in mud snow or rocks.
-Other stuff- New optima, new stinger and grill hoop. bout 60 feet of 1.75x.120 DOM to build a full cage, already started one, can be finished if buyer pays an extra 200. comes with full soft top with clear and tinted windows and cover. custom tube fenders. tape player and speakers. LED tail lights.

BADS: has a check engine light due to the fact it does not have a speedometer sensor so it throws a check engine light. has oil leak round valve cover, has sense i put motor in. still has factory cage in it, has all hardware. oil pressure guage went out so there is an after market mechanical one below tape player works fine.



Im not in to big of hurry to sell so price is still negotitable to a point.
