Maybe. Here's what I got in an Email, I assume it went to all competitors:

Hi Rock Crawlers,

Lisa and I are taking some time off from rock crawling competition promotion. I want to thank all of you for your help with OSRC. Without your help we could not have held the rock crawls. The competitors and OSRC was a large portion of our life and it is truly difficult to write this message. If you want to trail ride sometime please contact me.

Merry Christmas and see you on the trail!!

Thank You,

Craig Stumph

Oooo Oooo, I second this!

We also need to schedule a Grand Junction run in April/May

I think we will bring back the RME BBQ! Plans are in the works!

I can start another thread about a RME 21 Road / Billings Canyon for the Spring, then get it on the Calendar.

I don't know if you want any of the Bonneville Off-road Racing events listed? but here are the events being held in Utah for 2018

May 5th - BOR 2018 Vernal Dinosaur Dash
Buckskin Hills Motorsports Park, Vernal, UT

Aug 25th - BOR 2018 Knolls White Knuckles

Oct 13th - BOR 2018 Wendover Race
I think its on the Utah side this year.

OSRC was purchased by WERock and is now called the Delta Classic.
Big Rich broke the news to me, Ryan and Tacoma (like right when it happened) while we were talking in Farmington. They just made it public recently.

Anyways, same weekend and everything.

Yep, will be interesting to see how similar of an event it has been to OSRC.

Good call, I'll add them! I think we have a few members that compete still?

Good to hear, if the general spirit of the OSRC can continue on it will be a hit. Thanks for the info, Nate!

Yep, Rich has said the OSRC will continue as a stand alone event and not part of another series. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Greg, are you doing any of the All 4 Fun event? I hear it's in the Silverton/Ouray area also.

I don't know that I'll attend the All 4 Fun event, but can add it to the list! Thanks Bart!

Does anybody else find this a little ironic? I remember when OSRC was formed, the whole idea was to get away from the mainstream competitions and some of the newer regulations, etc that make them more intimidating for the average Joe to get into competing. Now WERock bought it out. If it remains a stand-alone similar event to OSRC, good on WERock.

This is not a complaint, as I have not attended an OSRC event for a few years so my opinion has no weight. It just stood out as funny that the "OLD SCHOOL" rock crawl is now owned by the "new school" guys.
