31-33" tires and possibly 5x5.5 rims

I am doing a super low budget build up of my 1977 Ford F-150. I am in need of (4) 33 inch tires. I would like to go larger but then I will need to do a low budget lift. Finding tires with a 15" rim size has become incredibly hard so I am not opposed to new rims and tires. Let me know what you have! I am working on expanding my mechanical knowledge by working on this truck and it has been a blast.

Tires are pretty common, but I am having a hard time finding rims with the bolt pattern that I need. I can find 6 & 8 lug all day on ksl, but 15" 5x5.5 seem to be harder. Then again it is a low buck build so I am forced to be pretty cheap. Brand doesn't matter. I prefer Muds or all terrain tires. I have found some good budget lifts so I am thinking at least 33's or maybe 35's. It isn't a crawler project. It is going to be more of a dirt road/camping rig. Here is a pic so you can see what I am working on. It is easy to see how bad it needs a lift and tires!
