South-West Utah 4x4 trails to explore and camp around Hurricane/St George

I'm thinking about a late winter trip in the Jeep to the St George area, wondering what trails or areas are worth checking out. I'm looking for some remote places to explore, use 4WD, see some great sights and possibly camp. I'm familiar with Sand Hollow, have done some wheelin down there and dirtbiking.... looking for something less rock crawling, more back country exploring.

I've heard about the Barracks Trail, seems like that would be a good place to start.... any other suggestions in the area?

Mt tumble out to Torrweep. 60 miles of dirt road or way with other areas to explore.

I haven't been here, but it's on my bucket list since my Grampa worked at this mine. We have letters between him and his mother where he says that her letters and encouragement were helping to keep him out of the houses were the "shady ladies" worked. It's down on the Arizona Strip south of St. George.
