86 Jeep Grand Wagoneer
5.9L V8 130k miles
dana 44 rear, amc 40 front axles
almost new 30x9.50x15 BFG all terrains

Problems:
Front passenger window is broken and interior is alittle rough
no speedo cable
needs master cylinder
exhaust is about to fall off
motor hasnt been started since it was parked around 1 year ago.

That'll have a Dana 44 front axle, and probably, for that year, a 44 rear.

thats what i was thinking after doing some research on this vehicle but thats what the guy told me, he could be mistaken and they could be both 44s.

body is great, would be a great crawler base.

No such thing as an AMC 40 axle, AMC 20 yes. As mentioned, this should have 44s front and rear though. Front will be driver side drop and could be a vacuum disco axle.
