Its not real bad, but I figure I already have over 20' of weld completed.

So another 2-3 hours and all interior metal work will be done, then on to relocating everything we moved underneath.

We spent about 10 hours on it last night, (No pictures)

Floor is complete with seats and belts mounted.

Extended the rear frame about 14" and capped the rear with a new bumper. Bumper includes receiver and 2 shackle mounts. Tied in rear cage mounts to frame while under there.

Factory rear crossmember is out, making space fo the new tank which is scheduled to be here today.

To get driving, all thats needed is the tank, mounting, and lines n wires.

I took the time to figure all the welding into this project so far, Im about 50' of bead right now. The cage alone has 42 joints with 6" each.

Hey, I remember seeing this thing at the Maverick at thanksgiving point about a year ago. I bought a inclinometer off you guys. I knew that rig looked familiar.

Got the bedsides all welded up, wheel well is 5" longer, along with a 12" longer wheel base.

It also runs! Everything with the toyota fuel system in the s10 blazer tank works great. 2nd try it fired right up, gas gauge even reads correctly. Now with the higher fuel fill, its easy to put gas in with a can.
