Wanted Aluminum sheet 53x60

Has anyone got some aluminum sheet? I need to do a roof for the SXS cage I've built.

What thickness is everyone running?

Where's the cheapest supplier?

I don't have many answers other than that I would want something very thick. I'm talking skid plate thick. Anything in the thin variety will pop and warp as it heats up, and will be noisy when driving. I have used thin stuff for other projects and regretted it.

I’ve used .064 on many roofs without problems at all. I think the key is correct mounting I used dzus fasnters a buch and like them. Also I always line them with vinyl or something. Mostly for looks but also I think it helps with noise.

@J-mobzz thanks I'll try that thickness. The plan is weld on tabs and 3M single side sticky foam on the roof tubes to avoid the rattle. I've also used dzus fasteners on skid plates and like them a lot.
