Another 6.7L cummings

So i picked this up from my boss for $9000.

Specs:

2007.5 3500 4 door long bed Laramie
Frame mileage - 238,xxx
Motor - 120,xxx
Trans (6 speed manual) - 50,xxx
Rear Axle - unkown
front axle - unkown

Current mods:

Engine - DPF Delete with edge juice with attitude, Cold Air Intake, 4 inch straight pipe.
Trans - Stage 2 clutch, extended slave cylinder
Transfercase - new seal kit 4 months ago
Front axle - 4500 series steering and trac bar, carli balljoints, new ujoints, new unit bearings, new brakes 4.10 yukon gears, rebuilt front driveline. all with in the last 3-4 months
Rear Axle - AAM from a 2010 4500 truck, 4.11 gears, tru trac, new brakes. 3-4 months old
Suspension - 4" spacer lift, american muscle control arms 4500 series rear leafs. bilstein shocks Firestone Airbags hooked up with an airtank and leveling valve from a kenworth w900 (we're a trucking company so yeah they adapted)
Appearance - FabFour bumper, CM Flat bed, XD Rockstar wheels and spiked lug nuts with 31" bfg KM2s

PLANS!

Currently my focus is getting rid of the edge. its having the common issues they seem to have with only the cummings motors such as randomly kicking on the regen or EGR so it is getting replaced by a H&S Mini Maxx, bully dog docking station with pyro, pillar mount, and a full EGR Delete and new Intake manifold from Pusher performance with intercooler tubes. then for fuel im doing the fuel pressure racing plug then a fass fuel filter system with the factory fuel filter delete. next is a common steering upgrade which is the sector shaft support bracket which if any of yall have these lifted coil sprung front ends i highly recommend this. then for appearance im doing black background lights all the way around with LED's and resistors etc. also doing a black mesh grill with custom logo then thats it for now. then here soon ill be ordering new tires, shooting for around a 33.5"x10-11". already got some found from a friend back east for $1100 for all 7. also need to replace the carpet, its too stained to even try to clean, seats are okay just need cleaned and covers. then at one point i need to get the WCM replaced due to it frying the starter system as is a common issue with any of these years. right now the starter is on a hidden push button. then I also need to cut a bunch of welds in the butt of the CM bed and find a loader to bend it back down (hence the different rear axle, broke it yanking a semi out and bent the bed) also plan to switch the front plate out for a winch plate and put in a 15-17,000lb winch with rope. oh and a 30" quad row light bar on the bumper cause ricer race truck.

anywho here it is.

Before and After. didnt want all the toolboxes etc so boss knocked it from 14G to 9G. also all cleaned up and new wheels on.

Did the sam wheels it has do to the rears got screwed up from idiots using the wrong lugnuts on it and the drive side came off. be amazed how much of a pain in the ass it was to find 60* shoulder spikes. gotta have them since im a rough and tough oilfielder.

And started resealing my lights.if you ever buy any aftermarkets regardless of the brand always run a new bead around the joint between the lens and housing.

forgot to mention I also got 3 random boxes of new parts too. stuff like ball joints, fields, unit bearing, spare drivelines, new over load leaves, etc.

little update as of tonight, got the headlights, grill, bulbs and cab lights in plus a hell of a wash job. also scored some tires over the weekend and got my intake back from powder coat. all newer style BFG allterrains in a 285/70/17 or 33x11x17 with 60-70% tread.

so I finally got everything installed the night I had to leave so no pics of the setup but here' what I do have. got the new grill, headlights, and cab lights on along with a lot of cleaning! also got the h&s mini Maxx racer in, bully dog docking station and pyrometer which I put the pyro in its correct spot, before it was right in front of the 3rd cylinder now it is in after the turbo. egr delete, ccv delete, throttle valve and intake horn replaced with the pusher, bigger intercooler tubes, intake and air ilter cleaned, and after all said and done she' gained 5mpg, and dropped over 300* egts. the power boost from it all is day and night I had to put the limited back on the turbo cause it hit 39psi and I know my inner punk would enjoy that too much.

these were taken on my trip home from Richfield to salina set at 70mph too. not too shabby for a big ol gal.

Pyro is after the turbo?!? Also do the math on your actual mileage, those trip computers are always very optimistic. And sell me that god awful bumper before you get rid of this truck
