Another KX250 I just finished.
This had some weird stuff to fix lol

The shock was blown and I don't have the special tool to rebuild the reservoir and charge the nitrogen so I paid to have it done.
This bike has pretty sweet aftermarket X-Country suspension valving.

Another gooved clutch basket. Luckily I had one ready to go. I take back what I said about 250s not doing this as often...

I had another one of these laying around luckily.

Brake caliper slider bushing thingy was missing. It's weird I see this a lot.

Linkage bearings. This is the most common thing ever because they get hammered with mud and water and no one bothers to regrease them.IMG_20180327_124607.jpg

I thought you guys might like this pipe I just fixed for a KX250.

It was pretty much ruined.
Huge crack. And you can't weld this well because the pipe is just too full of dirt and oil that the weld just gets crazy porous and pitted.

So I cleaned it as best I could and tried to burn out all the oil. Then a little silicone bronze brazing and pressure tested it and blew out the dents.

I'm loving my oxy-acetylene torch setup.
