Here's a few pics of my rims. Do you think they'll get me by for a while @sixstringsteve? I counted the clicks/reset on the hub, and I get about 12 of them in a full revolution of the crank.

I run tannus inserts in my tires even though my bike is set up for tubeless. I have not had a flat yet and I run about 20 psi. They add weight, but I'm fat and need more effort on my part ;)

depends on what you like to ride and whether you prefer lots of grip (and lots of weight), or low weight (and low grip). I like Maxxis Minion DHR2s front and rear, but they're one of the heaviest tires out there. If you're running plus tires, I highly recommend this setup in a 2.8. But be warned, plus tires are EXPENSIVE!

Awesome. Navajo lake is such a good trail. If you're feeling like destroying yourself, the nearby virgin river rim trail is pretty spectacular too. Be warned, it's a BEAST. TONS of climbing. I wasn't able to complete the whole trail when I went.
