Anyone local (UTAH) with a press help me out?

I am wondering if anyone local in Utah has a press that would press on some axle bearings for me. I can't figure how a shop can charge 15-35 a side just to push a freakin' bearing on. Anyone?

Becaues it takes a little time to do it, how much do you get paid per hour, and do you have to maintain a fully equipped shop? 15 bucks ain't bad. If you buy the bearings from the shop that does it, it's usually a better deal.

man up and pay the people!! it will take you more time to find someone that is willing to do it for less or nothing. I personally use a piece of sch 40 pipe of the correct diameter to "press" on my bearings with a BFH!! DIY or pay someone. I sugest paying the man!!

I've got a press, but live south. So you have to spend about $20 in gas, and then another $20 to pay me to do it.

I'll do it for 35 bucks. I'll take it down to six States and have them install it for 15 and pocket the 20!
