Gooseneck hitch is easier to store when not using, and it's more versatile. You can use the GN hitch (turnover ball) as the attachment point for a 5th wheel hitch.

5th wheels can take alot more weight. goosenecks max out around 35K with a 3inch ball.

It's less than 6k actually, just a bunch of insulation foam panels 👌
